Requires 220mm diameter circle of flat roof to fit. The hole cut out is a 120mm diameter circle. (ribbed roofs require flattening with wedges or adapters to fit)

Includes foam sealing gasket.

Can be fitted as an intake or exhaust ventilator by changing the fan blade. Both intake and exhaust fan blades are supplied (exhaust fan blade is fitted as standard, intake fan blade supplied in the box)

5mm diameter mounting holes. Can be secured with M5 bolts or screws depending on roof type and thickness. (mounting hardware is not included)
